SEVENTY
Effective November 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your membership in Seventy and your attendance at Seventy screenings and events. Please read them carefully.
Seventy is a private cinema club operated by Seventy Services, LLC (“Seventy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Seventy hosts private screenings, including IMAX 70MM presentations, for its members and their guests in venues that Seventy books for the club. Screenings are not open to the public. Members pay membership dues, and membership gives them access to reserve seats at club screenings and to bring guests as their membership allows.
The “Seventy Service” means the club and everything we provide through it, including memberships, screenings, premieres and other club events (each a “Screening”), tokens, reservations, guest passes, waitlists, seating groups, the Concierge (our text-message line), and our websites, such as welcome.seventyclub.com and reservations.seventyclub.com.
You agree to these Terms when you check “I agree to the Seventy Terms of Service” at checkout, pay membership dues, reserve a seat, accept a seat as someone’s guest, or attend a Screening. If you don’t agree, don’t join, reserve or attend.
Zeus’s Law (our conduct rules, Section 8), the policies shown when you join and reserve (such as the reservation changes, seating priority, group seating and screening cancellation policies) and any additional terms we give you for a particular Screening or offer are all part of these Terms. Where one of those is more specific than these Terms on a point, it controls for that point.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION. AS FURTHER SET FORTH IN SECTION 18, IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN THROUGH JURY TRIALS, OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS OR CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND. ARBITRATION HAS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN COURT.
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, mobile number and email, is true, accurate, complete and your own, and that you’ll keep it that way. Your name must match your government-issued photo ID. Every attendee must also meet the venue’s age and film-rating policies.
If you attend as a guest, the parts of these Terms that apply to attendees apply to you. These include Zeus’s Law, entry and identity verification, the no-resale rules, photography and recording, assumption of risk, and dispute resolution.
You can join Seventy only through an invitation or link from us. Links are personal to the person they’re sent to, can expire, and can be limited to certain memberships, seating sections or prices. Joining our waitlist doesn’t guarantee an invitation. We may decline, delay or withdraw any invitation or membership at our discretion.
We offer memberships of different types (for example, Duo, for one member and one Attached Guest, and Studio, for a block of seats), statuses (Member and Patron) and seating sections. What each one includes is as described when you join. That covers its seats, Attached Guests, seating priority, token deposits and any food and beverage allowance. We may change which options we offer at any time.
Some options are offered only by invitation and only on the conditions shown at signup. For example, Friends & Family pricing applies only to memberships in the Friends & Family section. If you choose another section, you won’t receive it, at signup or on any later payment.
Membership gives you access to reserve seats at Screenings, subject to availability and these Terms. It doesn’t guarantee:
Seats in each section are limited, and a section’s memberships can outnumber its seats, because not every member attends every Screening.
Seventy assigns seats within your section. We use the seating priority rules we publish and your favorite row as a guide. Those rules include your status, priority from earlier Screenings, your seating group and when you reserved. Seat assignments are at our discretion and can change until you’re seated, including on the day of the Screening, for example when held seats are released.
We seat you and your Attached Guests next to each other within your section, as described at signup. Seating near Ad-Hoc Guests or other members of your group is on a best-effort basis and isn’t guaranteed.
You manage your membership by text. You text the Concierge, and we text you a short-lived link. Keep your phone and the links we send you private. You’re responsible for all activity through your number and those links. Tell us right away if you lose your number or think someone else has used it.
After you pay, we may ask you to verify your number with a code. If you don’t verify it within the time we give you (currently 24 hours), we may cancel your reservations and waitlist entries and return their tokens to your account. We may also ask for information to verify your identity at any time.
You may not sell, assign, lend, share or transfer your membership, or let anyone else use it. The exception is bringing guests as these Terms allow.
Membership dues are charged as shown when you join, plus applicable taxes. Members are currently billed every three months and Patrons every year, in advance. If your membership starts with a trial or introductory period shown at checkout, your dues begin when that period ends, on the date shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe). Your use of it is subject to its terms. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for dues, tokens and anything else you agree to pay for, including on each renewal until you cancel.
Keep your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend your membership until it’s paid, including your ability to make new reservations.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal is charged at the dues then in effect for your membership.
You can cancel at any time through Manage membership in the reservations portal (text RESERVATIONS to the Concierge), or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your membership until then.
Dues are non-refundable. We don’t give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused benefits, except as these Terms expressly state or the law requires. Once your membership ends, you can’t make new reservations, add guest passes or join waitlists. We may let reservations you’ve already made stand.
We may change dues, token prices and what memberships include. We’ll tell you before any change to your dues, and the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period after we tell you. If you don’t agree to it, cancel before it takes effect. Keeping your membership after it takes effect means you accept the new price. Changes in tax rates apply automatically.
Trials, discounts, promotional pricing and codes are subject to the terms shown with them. Unless an offer says otherwise, we may change or end it for future billing periods.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend your membership and pause your reservations until the dispute is resolved.
If Seventy permanently stops offering memberships before the end of a billing period you’ve prepaid, we’ll refund the prorated part of your prepaid dues for the time after we stop. Your payment details must be current for us to do so.
Tokens are membership credits. You use them to reserve seats and Ad-Hoc Guest passes at Screenings. Membership dues add tokens to your account as described when you join. Members may also add tokens at the price shown.
What a seat or pass costs in tokens depends on the Screening, its type (such as Regular or Special) and the seating section. It’s shown before you reserve. We may set and change token costs for any Screening at any time, and changes don’t affect reservations already made.
Tokens have no cash value. They aren’t money, a deposit, a gift card or stored value. They can’t be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash, except where these Terms say a payment will be refunded to your original payment method or where the law requires. Tokens can’t be sold, transferred or moved to anyone else’s account.
Tokens expire 365 days after they’re added to your account, unless we tell you otherwise. Expired tokens are forfeited. We may extend expiry at our discretion.
Once your membership ends, you can’t use tokens for new reservations, and unused tokens aren’t refunded or paid out. If you rejoin before they expire, we may restore them.
Your token balance is what Seventy’s records show. We may correct errors in your balance, including removing tokens added by mistake.
You reserve seats with tokens at checkout or in the reservations portal. A reservation is confirmed only once we confirm it to you. Reservations are subject to availability and to the cutoffs and eligibility rules shown when you reserve. For example, a Screening may require you to have reserved certain earlier Screenings, or may give seating priority to those who did.
You may cancel a reservation, or a single guest’s seat, until 7 days before the showtime. While the showtime hasn’t been announced, you can cancel at any time. The tokens are returned to your account, not to your payment method.
A reservation made less than 7 days before the showtime can’t be cancelled from the moment it’s made. Tokens for seats that go unused, including through no-shows and late arrivals, are not returned. We may change these cutoffs, but the cutoffs shown when you reserve apply to that reservation.
Your membership may include Attached Guests, and you may be able to add Ad-Hoc Guest passes with tokens, within the limits we set for each Screening, section and membership.
You must give us each guest’s name, as it appears on their photo ID, and mobile number before the cutoff. We text guests about the Screening. By giving us a guest’s details, you confirm that you have their permission, and that they agree to receive texts from us about the Screening.
You’re responsible for your guests. Make sure they know and follow Zeus’s Law and these Terms. If your guest breaks Zeus’s Law, you may both be removed and banned.
Members can invite each other to sit together as a seating group. A member can be in one group per Screening. When you join a group, your name, phone number, section and seat are shown to the group’s other members, and theirs to you. We seat groups together where we can, but it isn’t guaranteed.
Joining a Screening’s waitlist doesn’t guarantee a seat. The waitlist is served in the order and under the rules we publish, which we may change.
You may transfer a seat on your reservation to another person only by using the Transfer function in the reservations portal. You must do it before the transfer cutoff (currently 1 hour before the showtime), and only as the portal allows. The new attendee becomes your guest, and you remain responsible for them.
We may limit changes to an attendee’s name once their ID has been checked. We may also refuse a transfer to someone who is banned or already attending. Any transfer made another way is invalid, and the person may be refused entry.
Seats, reservations, guest passes, tokens, memberships and invitation links are for personal use and are not for resale. You may not sell, resell, auction, advertise or offer them for money or anything else of value, or transfer them for that purpose, at any price. You may not use bots, scripts or other automated means to reserve, join waitlists or access the Seventy Service.
We may review reservations, guest passes, transfers and other activity that reasonably suggests resale, unauthorized transfers or attempts to get around our limits, such as per-member guest pass limits. We may ask you to verify your identity and the identities of your guests and transferees.
If we determine that you’ve broken this Section, we may:
To the extent the law allows, none of these comes with a refund.
Every attendee, member or guest, must show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. We and the venue may refuse entry, without refund, to anyone who can’t.
For some Screenings, we may require the member who made a reservation to be present and to check in with their guests. When we do, we’ll tell you in advance.
Doors open and close at the times we announce. Currently, doors open 30 minutes before the showtime and close 15 minutes after it. We may refuse entry after doors close, without refund.
We record who checks in at each Screening. Attendance can affect your seating priority and waitlist position for later Screenings.
Attendees and their bags may be subject to the venue’s security checks.
Every Screening is held to one standard. Zeus’s Law is that standard, and it’s deliberately broad. It covers the rules below and any other behavior that, in Seventy’s judgment, disturbs other attendees, disrespects the venue or its staff, or falls short of the experience Seventy intends to provide. By attending, you agree to uphold it:
From the first trailer to the last credit, you may not use, check or display any electronic device. Devices must be switched off or fully silenced, with vibration off, and put away out of sight, not held or left on your lap, armrest or cupholder. Prohibited devices include, but aren’t limited to:
You also may not use or display anything that gives off, shines or reflects light in the auditorium. That includes, but isn’t limited to:
If you must deal with an emergency, leave the auditorium before using a device.
Once the lights go down, you may not make any noise that others can hear. That includes, but isn’t limited to:
Bring only food and drink you can consume silently, and unwrap or open everything before the lights go down.
You must treat other attendees, the venue, its property and its staff, and Seventy’s staff with respect. Breaches of this rule include, but aren’t limited to:
The following are also prohibited:
You must follow the venue’s rules, the law, and reasonable instructions from venue staff and Seventy staff.
The examples in this Section aren’t a complete list. Conduct doesn’t have to be described in these Terms to break Zeus’s Law. Seventy decides, at its sole discretion, whether any behavior, noise, light, device use, hygiene or other conduct breaks Zeus’s Law, and its decision is final.
Seventy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, or remove from a Screening, anyone who:
This applies before, during or after the Screening. A single incident is enough, and no warning is required. The venue may also do the same. Anyone asked to leave must do so promptly.
Seventy may also, at its sole discretion and without notice:
For a guest’s conduct, Seventy may take any of these steps against both the guest and their host.
No refund or credit is given for any of these actions, whether for dues, tokens, guest passes, food and beverage allowances or anything else, except where the law requires one. Tokens used for the Screening are forfeited. When Seventy ends a membership under this Section, its unused tokens are forfeited too.
Seventy will never remove or ban anyone on a basis the law prohibits.
Alcohol is served only to those 21 and older with valid ID, and the venue may refuse service to anyone. A food and beverage allowance, where your membership or section includes one, is provided as described for each Screening. It’s good only at that Screening, has no cash value, doesn’t carry over, and is subject to the venue’s terms.
Special Screenings, such as premieres, may include themed attire (optional but encouraged), artifacts or other items, and photographers or videographers. Items are given while supplies last, as is, with no warranty and no guarantee of any particular item.
Seventy, and people working with us, may photograph, film and record Screenings and the people attending them, at Special Screenings and at others. By attending any Screening, you consent to being photographed and recorded. You also grant Seventy, and anyone we authorize, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute photographs, video and audio that include your likeness, image or voice. That includes advertising and promotion of Seventy, in any medium, without compensation to you. If you’d prefer not to be featured, tell our staff at the Screening, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
Screenings may be announced before their date or time is set. Any of the following may change:
Changes may result from venue operations, film availability, technical problems, emergencies, or other circumstances. When reasonably practicable, we’ll tell you about material changes by text.
We aim to present each film in the announced format, such as IMAX 70MM film. If a film can’t be presented that way, we may present it in another format, such as digital, and that is not a cancellation.
If we cancel a Screening and don’t reschedule it, your reservation is fully refunded:
If we reschedule or move a Screening, your reservation moves with it. We’ll tell you what options you have, which may include cancelling for your tokens back even inside the usual 7-day cutoff.
If a Screening is delayed, interrupted or only partly presented, we’ll decide in good faith whether and how to make up for it, for example by returning tokens or rescheduling. No refund is guaranteed for delays, technical issues or schedule adjustments that don’t amount to a cancellation.
We may change, suspend or stop offering any part of the Seventy Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. That includes:
Our websites and texts may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. Except as these Terms state, we have no liability and no obligation to refund for these changes, or for outages caused by third parties, government action, or events beyond our reasonable control.
When you give us your mobile number, or a member gives it to us as their guest’s, you agree to receive text messages from Seventy at that number about the membership, reservations and Screenings involved. They include:
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out and START to opt back in. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Because the Concierge is how members manage reservations, opting out may mean you don’t receive links and notices, such as a showtime change. We aren’t responsible for anything you miss as a result.
The Concierge number is (718) 865-2683.
Seventy is an independent private club. Screenings are private club events held in venues Seventy books for its members. Unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific Screening, Seventy is not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with any of the following:
Film titles, posters and other trademarks and content belong to their owners, and we use them only to identify the films we show.
Screenings are subject to the venue’s policies and rules and to Seventy’s agreements with the venue, and venue staff may enforce them. You’re responsible for damage you or your guests cause to the venue or its property. You agree to reimburse Seventy for any amount the venue charges us as a result.
We rely on third parties, including venues, our payment processor and our text-message provider, and their services may be subject to their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their acts, omissions, products or services, including food and drink served by a venue.
Screenings may include sponsors, partners, promotions or items from third parties. What we offer may be influenced by our commercial arrangements with them.
Attending a Screening involves the ordinary risks of attending an event in a crowded venue. Those include dark auditoriums, stairs, loud sound, food and drink, and the acts or omissions of other attendees. You attend voluntarily and assume those ordinary risks. You’re responsible for your own conduct, your safety and your belongings.
To the extent the law allows, Seventy isn’t responsible for any of the following:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability to the extent applicable law prohibits doing so. That includes liability that can’t legally be waived for a business’s own negligence.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Seventy Service for your own non-commercial use. It lasts until you or we end it.
The Seventy Service and its materials belong to Seventy or its licensors. That includes our name, logos, Zeus’s Law, websites, designs, seat maps, texts and other content, as well as other features of the Seventy brand. These Terms don’t give you any right to use them.
You may not:
If you give us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, it isn’t confidential. We may use it without restriction and without paying you.
These Terms apply to you until you or we end them.
We may take any of these steps, for anyone involved, including the host for a guest’s violation:
We may do so at any time, at our sole discretion, including if we believe:
We may also take these steps where we believe it’s needed to comply with the law or a venue’s requirements, or when we stop providing the Seventy Service.
A banned person can’t reserve, be invited, be added as a guest or receive a transfer. Except as these Terms expressly state or the law requires, we have no liability to you when we take these steps. Dues aren’t refunded, and tokens are forfeited.
You may end these Terms at any time by cancelling your membership (Section 3).
Sections 4 and 6, and 9 through 20, survive the end of these Terms. So does any other part that by its nature should.
THE SEVENTY SERVICE, INCLUDING EVERY SCREENING, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THAT INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SEVENTY DOESN’T WARRANT THE QUALITY OF ANY FILM, PRESENTATION, PROJECTION, SOUND, VENUE, SEAT, FOOD OR BEVERAGE, ARTIFACT, OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. NOR DOES IT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITES OR TEXTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION THAT YOU GET FROM SEVENTY, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, CREATES ANY WARRANTY. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or limits on a consumer’s statutory rights, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PROBLEM OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SEVENTY SERVICE IS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP, IN ADDITION TO ANY REFUND THESE TERMS EXPRESSLY PROVIDE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEVENTY AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, ARISING OUT OF THE SEVENTY SERVICE OR ANY SCREENING:
THIS APPLIES WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT SEVENTY WAS WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
These Terms don’t limit Seventy’s liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury, to the extent applicable law prohibits that limitation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS MUST BE STARTED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE PARTY ASSERTING IT FIRST KNOWS, OR REASONABLY SHOULD KNOW, OF THE ACT, OMISSION OR DEFAULT GIVING RISE TO IT. IT IS STARTED BY FILING A DEMAND OR AN INDIVIDUAL ACTION AS SECTION 18 PROVIDES. THERE IS NO REMEDY FOR A CLAIM NOT ASSERTED WITHIN THAT TIME.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seventy, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents. That covers all damages, losses and expenses of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where federal law preempts them or is inconsistent with them. So is any dispute, claim or controversy that relates in any way to these Terms, the Seventy Service or your relationship with Seventy (a “Dispute”).
Any Dispute that isn’t subject to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement below will be resolved only in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York. You and Seventy consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue or forum. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Seventy waive any right to a jury trial.
This section (the “Arbitration Agreement”) sets out how Disputes between you and Seventy are resolved through individual arbitration.
Binding individual arbitration. Except as described under “Exceptions” below, you and Seventy agree that any Dispute will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not a class arbitration. That applies whether the Dispute is based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, and whether it arises during or after these Terms.
The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court has exclusive authority to:
THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED.
The arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court, including attorneys’ fees and costs where the law allows them. The arbitrator may not award relief, including declaratory or injunctive relief, that benefits anyone other than the parties.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in a U.S. small claims court, as long as the action stays there. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary individual injunctive relief in court while an arbitration is pending. Disputes about either party’s intellectual property rights may be brought in court. Nothing here stops you from bringing an issue to the attention of a federal, state or local agency.
Class action waiver.
YOU AND SEVENTY MAY EACH BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both parties agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person’s claims. A court may decide that the law doesn’t allow one of these limits to be enforced for a particular claim or request for relief, such as public injunctive relief. Once that decision is final, that claim or request will be decided by a court, after all other claims are arbitrated.
Notice and informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, a party must send the other a written notice of the Dispute (a “Notice”). Notices to Seventy go by email to legal@seventyclub.com. Notices to you go to the email address or mobile number on your membership. A Notice must:
For 60 days after a complete Notice is received, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the Dispute, and they can agree to extend that period. Either party may ask for a phone or video settlement conference during that time, which both you and a Seventy representative must personally attend, along with any counsel.
Limitations periods are tolled from the date a complete Notice is sent until 30 days after the informal resolution period or conference ends. Neither party may start an arbitration before then. If these requirements aren’t met, a court may enjoin the arbitration, and the administrator won’t accept it or charge fees for it.
Rules and fees. Arbitration will be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (“NAM”) under its rules applicable to the Dispute, including its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and Supplemental Rules for Mass Arbitration Filings, as modified by this Arbitration Agreement. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Arbitration Agreement.
If NAM can’t or won’t administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on another administrator, or ask a court to appoint one. The demand for arbitration must attach the Notice, certify that the pre-arbitration requirements were met, and be personally signed by the party starting the arbitration. A demand on Seventy must be served by email to legal@seventyclub.com.
Hearings will be held by phone or video where possible. If the arbitrator requires an in-person hearing, it will be held in the county where you live or another agreed place. Counsel in any arbitration are bound by the standards of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b), and the arbitrator may impose sanctions under it, the NAM rules or applicable law.
Seventy pays all arbitration fees for an arbitration it starts. For an arbitration you start, the NAM rules allocate fees, unless a court orders otherwise or a different allocation is needed to enforce this Arbitration Agreement. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision. An award that has been satisfied may not be filed or entered in court.
Mass arbitration. These procedures apply if 25 or more claimants submit Notices or demands raising similar claims through the same or coordinated counsel, and the cases aren’t resolved informally:
Limitations periods for a case stay tolled until it’s selected, withdrawn, opted out or resolved. A court may enforce this paragraph. If a court holds the staging process unenforceable, cases may be filed, but fees will be assessed only as each arbitration advances.
Enforceability. If this Arbitration Agreement is invalidated as a whole, Disputes will be resolved in small claims court or in the courts of New York County, New York, as described above. The class action waiver still applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, and either party may still take part in a class-wide settlement.
We may update Zeus’s Law and our club policies as we reasonably need to, including:
We may do this to protect attendees, keep the club running well, prevent resale or unauthorized transfers, comply with venue requirements or the law, or deal with unforeseen circumstances. We’ll tell affected members about material updates within a reasonable time.
Updates apply going forward. They won’t change reservations already confirmed, except where safety, the law or a venue’s requirements make it necessary, or where you agree.
We may change these Terms from time to time by posting the updated Terms at tos.seventyclub.com with a new effective date. For material changes, we’ll also try to tell you by text or email. If you keep your membership, reserve or attend after the changes take effect, you accept them.
If you don’t agree to a change, cancel your membership before your next renewal date, or within 30 days after the change takes effect, whichever comes first.
If we make a material change to the Arbitration Agreement, other than to the notice address, you may reject it. To do so, email legal@seventyclub.com within 30 days after we notify you of the change. Your email must:
Rejecting a change doesn’t opt you out of arbitration. Disputes will still be arbitrated under the Arbitration Agreement in effect before the change.
Under applicable law, you may have rights that can’t be limited by contract. These Terms aren’t intended to restrict those rights, and nothing in them waives any right or remedy that can’t lawfully be waived.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Seventy about the Seventy Service and replace any earlier agreements about it, written or oral. They include Zeus’s Law and the policies and terms incorporated in Section 1. Anything else you and we explicitly agree in writing also applies.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest isn’t affected, and that part is enforced to the extent the law allows. If we don’t enforce any part of these Terms, that doesn’t waive our right to do so later.
We may assign or delegate any or all of these Terms, and any of our rights or obligations under them. You may not assign these Terms or transfer your rights under them.
These Terms don’t give rights to anyone except you and Seventy.
We may give you notices by text, by email, or by posting them in the Seventy Service.
Text the Concierge at (718) 865-2683. Legal notices go to legal@seventyclub.com.
By joining, reserving, accepting a seat as a guest, or attending a Screening, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.
